League Handbook/Tournament Rules for 2010-2011 Season
Two Handbooks – National and State –
The National Handbook contains your league level rules, handicap
charts, league level worksheets and other information. The State
Handbook contains the specific qualifying dates, advancement ratios,
District and State Level rules and other State related information
regarding the tournament.
Handbooks for 10-11 Season will be posted once approve by the National Office.

Tournament Lane Condition
The tournament lane dressing pattern has been selected for all District and State Final Competitions. The USBC #3 Blue pattern will be used at all levels of competition beyond center level for the 2010-11 Pepsi Championships.
