Two Handbooks – National and State – The National Handbook contains your league level rules, handicap charts, league level worksheets and other information. The State Handbook contains the specific qualifying dates, advancement ratios, District and State Level rules and other State related information regarding the tournament.

Tournament Lane Condition - Districts and States
(Corrected to From #3 White to #1 White 1/9/12)
The tournament lane dressing pattern has been selected for all District and State Final Competitions. The USBC White #1 pattern will be used at all levels of competition beyond center level for the 2011-12 Pepsi Championships.
